EdjPro EPNZ08

The EdjPro EPNZ08 Edge Lifting System can be used without tension bar and in panels from 125mm thick. The system providese up to 8 tonnes WLL depending on concrete strength and use of supplementary reinforcement.

Clockwise from the top: Recess Former (EPNRF08), EdjPro Clutch (EPLCMax) and EdjPro Anchor (EPNZ08).

EPNZ08 Anchor

The EPNZ08 Anchor provides an efficient and economical solution for edge-lifting thin panels, giving maximum anchorage without overstressing the concrete. The EPNZ08 Anchor is used with a fixed tension bar,  and are suitable for standard panels and step-joint (shiplap) panels. The EPNZ08 Anchor features a reduced head width of 70mm to allow for use in thin panels.

EdjPro Anchor (EPNZ08)

EPLCMax Clutch

The EPNZ08 anchor is used with the EPLCMax clutch when lifting in tension. (The EPLCMax clutch is also used with the EPHIMax anchor). THe clutch is designed to provide clearance between the figure-8 link and the concrete at all sling angles to protect against edge contact cracking.

EPNRF08 Recess Former

The EPNRF08 Recess Former features a slender design and is used to accurately, and reliably, set the EPNZ08 anchor into the concrete product. The recess former creates a gap between the anchor and the concrete, preventing damage from bearing pressure and protecting the fragile panel edge.

EdjPro Narrow Recess Former (EPNRF08)

Safety Guaranteed

  • Anchor code, WLL and batch number are clearly visible when cast into concrete
  • Conforms to WorkSafe NZ Good Practice Guidelines for Safe Work with Precast Concrete (Oct 2018)
